Where 2 get LUCKYDAZE Bios for IWill KK266R???

Good day all,
I know this board is kind of old, that's probably why I can't seem to find the LUCKYDAZE Bios anywhere.
I recently installed a TI4200 video card and am having problems with the 3D apps.
The LUCKYDAZE Bios is supposed to help (sets register 55 to 0, or something like that, and adds ACPI disable in Bios...)

Anywho, it used to be located at www.x-faqtor.com, but that site dosen't seem to exist anymore.
Any help would be appreciated.
