When's the Scion tC due out?

Well they said it was June. But the Toyota sales guy that I talked to when I was getting a new car said "they also said we would be getting the informational materials last September but we didnt actualy get them until December". So I wouldnt be holdig your breath to what they say.
 
My opinion of this car went down when I saw a ton of Scion tC ads hung all over my local AMC movie theatre. Toyota is targeting the teen-boy ricers with this one, and they are gonna line up to buy one. Sorry, but no thanks. I don't want to be associated with that crowd.

which is a shame since it seems like it'll be a good car... but definately won't be very unique for long... not at that price (unless it turns out to be a terrible car from toyota...)
 
Originally it was supposed to be June 23rd or so.... its been moved back to the week of 4th of July.

WTF does that have to do with anything? As long as YOU don't rice it up, who gives a crap? I see 1 riced out Civic for every 30 regular bone stock Civics I see out there. My GF drives a stock 2004 Honda Civic EX sedan, but I don't think any less of her or her car b/c of what other people do to their Civics.

The only one missing out is you for allowing something so trivial and meaningless to stamp your opinion of a vehicle before it even hits the streets. Heck if I used your logic, I wouldn't buy a pickup truck b/c I don't want to be labeled a farmer or a redneck hick and I wouldn't buy an SUV b/c I don't want to be labeled a jobless soccermom mooching off her executive husband.
 
Saw two Scion tC's on the road today here in Dallas. They were traveling together. Looked purty cool. Needed windows tinted and needed to be lowered just lil bit... Nice to see them showing up though!

Even though I don't totally agree with that reasoning I will say that you other choice is much classier🙂
 
My dealer got the first batch in Saturday, going to go test drive one today if any are left on the lot.
