i work at a shoe store, and lately ive been noticing how good womens shoes look. not the high heels and ish, but the athletic shoes. ill pick up a shoe and say, "whoa..nice shoe..how much" then ill find out its a womans shoe, and question my manhood. wonder whats changed in womens fashion, that theyd adopt attractive shoes.

I have also questioned your manhood when I have seen you admiring womens shoes. ;)

I don't like the designs on the men's athletic shoes that are out now. I say keep it simple, and a lot of women's athletic shoes are like that.

If the shoe fits...

Actually I'm still wearing my year-old Converse Chuck Taylors. I'm disappointed they went out of business, I guess I'll have to keep wearing these until they fall completely apart.

It's okay, amdforlife. It's not unusual for you girlymen types to like women's shoes. ;)

I like a lot of the new women's athletic shoes too - seems like once women started gaining more mainstream acceptance for their athleticism, the shoes started to get more "serious" looking, if that makes sense. We're not restricted to pink high top Reebok aerobic shoes anymore.
