Sounds like a hefty raise to me..... talk about ungrateful attitude, maybe you "should be at" CEO level and get to use the company jet

2002 - 22% (slacked off a lot, late half the time, stroll in at 11am, leave office at 4pm etc)
2003 - 7% (actually worked)
2004 - 4% (worked hard)
2005 - 2% (and i worked average 60+ hours/week)

Sad, no?

Well, when you know nothing the hell about it maybe you should keep your mouth shut. I've been doing project management work for a year at admin wages, and now I'm at project coordinator wages. I could easily get my department in trouble with comp if I asked for a job evaluation but I *am* grateful for the experience I get and the opportunities I have and that's worth the lower pay for me.

So shut the fvck up.

I work at a Union job so in our contract ( currently year 3 of 5 ) we get automatic raises $$'s per hour and benefits ( retirement. ) The first year of our contracts are the smallest amount $$ wise but every year on out we get bigger raises. We are at $21.00 hr not including health / retirement bennys.

I take it you expect 15% every year ?!?

I kind of do for next year. My supervisor says I've saved them hundreds of man hours in the last four months.

Last time was back in 1998. I got the maximum allowed raise of 10%. Resigned a week later. Started my own business and self-employed since so I make the decision when to give raises and how much to my employees.
