When's "A Perfect Circle" going to release their 2nd cd?

I loved the first cd, Mer De Noms (motivated enough to go to best buy and actually find it and buy it!)

When will their second cd be coming out (or is there even plans for a second cd?)

The last thing I heard was there wasn't going to be one.. it was a side project, and most of them members are off doing other things..

man this sucks... I love every single song on that cd, and was lookin forward to more...

oh well, they're pretty much tool only under a different band name, and I like tool so I guess I'll just have to wait for more of tool to come out.

Well, stranger things have happened.. but with Tool touring, and Tapeworm to be coming out this year, I think he's a little overextended..

No, that's not quite right. It's not a side project. Mr. Keenan firmly states that it's just another band that he's in, and he's willing to give both tool and APC his full attention.

I'd be more worried about Paz (the uber-hot bass player) playing/touring with Zwan. That may set things back.

And is tapeworm confirmed? Cuz last I heard, trent was pissed that APC was playing some tapeworm songs (he wanted it to be a secret until it came out).

Ummmmmm, you are correct. Once Tool finishes up their tour then A Perfect Circle will release another album. Since Maynard only does the vocals, it should not take long to produce once Maynard gets done with the Tool touring schedule. Zwan touring isn't a big problem either because she didn't help write the music and I doubt she will help on the second album.

Tapeworm is a damn myth Trent and Maynard get together once every few years to get everyone's hopes up.
