charged with felony unlawful use of a weapon and tampering with evidence

Bitches should just thank God they're white and call it a day.

Any other color, they would be under the jail, or under the ground.

And they claim that the Second Amendment is for everyone, right?

Indictment sealed until tomorrow but very curious what the tampering with evidence charge is about.

I am going to guess it will have something to do with their home security system/camera being deleted or parts of it deleted but the noobs don't understand that shit is backed up with google.
Just a guess

Lol ... The McCloskeys, the St. Louis couple who were photographed waving their guns at protesters, are suing the photographer for ruining their lives. In response, he has sent them at $1500 bill because they used the photo on their Christmas cards

So they’re suing a photographer for accurately depicting them in a photograph? Yeah, that should work out great.

Details from the indictment-

It's a very lawyerly confabulation to claim you weren't endangering anybody because you believed the gun wouldn't work...
Its like trying to argue you didn't really rob the bank because the gun was a fake.

The couple pled guilty to misdemeanor charges. Mark McCloskey pled guilty to fourth-degree assault and faces a $750 fine. Patricia McCloskey pled guilty to second-degree harassment and must pay a $2,000 fine, according to court documents. As part of the plea agreement, Mark and Patricia McCloskey agreed to surrender their handgun and semi-automatic rifle.

Hopefully they had to spend a great deal of money on legal representation.

Plea bargains are basically the rational choice in most instances.
Court system and its associates doesn't care where the money comes from as long as they have it. You make them try you and you can expect a much greater world of hurt if you do get convicted.

My mom was the rare bird who foregone the plea option and went through to trial and the jury acquitted. No, she didn't kill anyone or did some "crime" you expect. Rather, the state wanted to call her an elder abuser.

Sounds like a fair compromise imo

They'll just go buy some more guns, maybe they already have more than those two.

McCloskeys get new guns after firearms confiscation
Sun, June 20, 2021, 4:06 PM

The St. Louis couple who brandished weapons while staring down Black Lives Matter demonstrators have gotten new weapons to replace their confiscated firearms.
Mark and Patricia McCloskey, who days ago pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges for aiming guns at protesters in June 2020 at the height of the protests after George Floyd's death, have gotten new AR-15-style guns to replace the firearms state authorities will destroy as part of their plea bargains.
"Checking out my new AR!" Mark McCloskey wrote in a tweet Saturday, along with the hashtags "#2A," in reference to the Second Amendment, and "#MOSen," acknowledging his Senate candidacy.

What wacked out ruling to confiscate guns doesn't include a ban of owning anymore guns during their probation if not for life? Oh yeah the stupid 2nd amendment

I don't see how that would guarantee a free state or a militia membership 😉
