whenever I try to click on something in IE

"A runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug?

Line: 98
Class not registered"

it's a pain in the a$$ because you can't use Firefox (or at least I can't) for AMD's RMA process, java doesn't work right on my computer no matter how many times I reinstall it. And when I get that error in IE teh link i clicked on won't display

Java in IE is going to not work just as much as Java in Firefox. What are you installing for Java? That error is a software problem, indicating that the Java class is not registered which the AMD application is trying to call.

it's not even an install...I'm just clicking on something in AMD's website, it's a tab to get to their RMA info under my account of registered products I bought from them.

You said Java doesn't work right on your computer no matter how many times you install it. What are you installing?

Go to www.sun.com/java and install the Java Runtime Environment. Of course you may still need to adjust security settings in IE. The site may also use ActiveX which will keep it from running in Firefox.

Turn off display information about every error. There's a setting for this under advanced options.
