whenever i save text in notepad...

all the text gets pushed up to the top and it makes trying to edit it really hard.

im trying to fix some html with it but everytime i save it all the text gets bunched up together.

is there a way to fix this?

Was the text file created in NT 4?

Have you tried using WordPad?

notepad is like that. Doesn't preserve any formatting except enters

i can swear i use to edit html in notepad...and it would preserve it...

agh! it doesnt even work in wordpad.....


and nope wordwrap doesnt do anything..it screws it up more if anything.
