Whenever I move my mouse I get a buzzing in my right speaker

Try a different mouse and see what happens. Are the cables close together?

Is that the closest speaker to the mouse? If so, does the problem exist in other speakers by moving the mouse around them?

no the cables are actually quite far apart. i'm pretty sure it has something to do with windows.
