When you're doing a fresh install of Win7, what's your procedure for getting back to your old state?

I've got Win7 7057 and want to upgrade to Win7 7100 RC.

I've got all manner of bookmarks and saved passwords in Firefox, a ton of installed programs, and a ton of program settings.

1. Jot down a list of installed programs to refer later. Any way to just print off a list of installed programs?

2. Savegames and Program Settings: Just copy the entire Users folder? Doesn't this include all program settings and stuff in App Data?

3. Would copying the entire Program Files folders and repasting them in after reinstall work?

Man, this is going to suck...

Firefox use FEBE and foxmarks.

1. CAn print from the programs and features.
2. Some will be retained
3. No
I switch on laptop because it is basically for school and everything i need is saved via dropbox (online storage). But i am slowly switching to 7100 on desktop. But I am expecting to reinstall, comes with the territory of using beta OS's.

Win 7 with small icons and stack only when full. Is great :)
