When you're at a crossroad have you ever made any decisions you regretted?

Whether it be about your personal life, education, work, etc?
Anything drastic that has life long effects that you may have regretted?

Mine being that I'm very close to my grandpa and during the months leading to his passing away I was busy with school and work and didn't spend as much time with him as I should. His passing away came as a surprise, as he suffered from a stroke and was in and out of the hospital. Never during those visits did the doctor mention anything about his lungs retaining water thus drowning in his own fluids. I'm mad at myself sometimes for not being there for him when he needed it most.

There's something else I did this past week as well, still not sure if I may regret what I did though. I'm feeling really messed up right now, but I think regardless of how I handled the situation I would still feel the way I do. I'm sure I would regret it more if I didn't speak my mind though.

Anyways, enough about me.

Well Mr. Frost, or can I call you Robert? 😉
If you live life you always have certain regrets for roads not taken.

Whether it is no tspending more not/quality time with a relative that has passwd away, my dad, or not finishing a degree. You always have regrets about something. Regrets are apart of life.

Well sort of regret

I broke up with my HS GF of three years thinking that I needed to experience things and get to know other people. I recently started talking to her again and I sort of regret it, but she lied and still lies a lot and I have met someone else. Its always hard to forget the first one though, so I don't think I really regret it but maybe I will.

One thing I regret is not listening to my parents more 😀

I regret letting my first love slip away from me. So cliche, I know... but that's really the only "major" regret I have. I regret smaller things, like accidentally stepping on my cat's tail last week and causing him to swipe some skin off my leg. I deserved it.

remember son, regret is irresponsibility on your part. tell yourself, word for word; if you'd live your life again, you wouldn't do it any differently.

I signed a scholarship contract which required me to work with the Government for 8 years after I finished my education.

I've got 3 left and I regret that signature every single day.
