When you were child, did you ever hear a really high pitched sound in department stores?


I sort of always thought it was the escalators, but I never ever figured out what it was. I remember my parents and other adults could not hear it, but my sister and other children could.

Yes, I have heard that sound before. It turns out it was large fat women trying to fit into size 6 pants.

When I was a child, I mostly heard the screaming of lost souls.



Now it's mostly just my dog telling me which people to kill... he's so kooky.
