When you want to show someone a webpage, do you email the link or click "send page"?

I find it annoying as f*ck when somone sends me the whole page in an email. It takes forever to load and the formatting always gets screwed up. Plus when you want to reply it puts the whole page back in the email and I would have to go in and delete it.
 
link, that is why they invented the WWW

i don't email any attachements

if it is more than plain text that i can cut/paste into the email itself, i put the file onto a web server and email a link to it
