When you update the BIOS for a motherboard, specifically the Epox 8ka3+, do you get the newest version? does the newest version come with all the fixes from the previous versions?

the newest bios version includes all the fixes from all the previous bios updates

so yeah just update to the newest one

Yes. The newer BIOS versions are just like your current BIOS, but with "patches" applied. You should go with the newest, but that doesn't always work. It still your best bet though.
