Oh, it's a surgeon. I always figured it was an agent of COBRA who used too much bleach on his uniform.

I think of Emergency Rooms across the nation where countless lives are saved by those daring, dashing men and women we call "surgeons." I kneel down, lift my arms towards the heavens and sing praises unto the Lord that hath blessed us with these astonishingly intelligent, yet modest persons. They do His work and we are truly blessed to have them.
