That one took me a bit. The baby's stomach is right above the couple, the feet are to the right, and the head is all the way to the left, directly above the island in the far left of the picture.

ahhhhh. it's WAAAAAY bigger than I was expecting. was trying to force the outlines to appear, but couldn't do it.
