When you run WEI does your taskbar change to grey?

Just did a reinstall of Windows and little things are making me think the install didnt go so well.

When running WEI (windows experience index) it switches my taskbar from black to the default grey, and also when starting up it takes a long time for the ATi Catalyst driver icon to show up on the quick launch bar.

Aero is being disabled for the system to be tested and it gets turned back on when finished.

That is normal behavior.
