When you reject a delivery from dell, you get all your money back right?

Some of you may have read my thread yesterday about problems with dell financing. I will be having my parents reject the delivery of my laptop today. It should be getting returned to Dell with me getting a credit back to my account right?

As far as I know usually you get a full credit. It's not immediate all the time though.

The thing is do it enough (perhaps even once) and they may elect not to fulfill your orders in the future.

Next time have the financing lined up before you use it. There was probably information that you may not qualify for the best 'plan' within the contract.

Reject it and see how it turns out. And learn to get your finances work out before you do business next time.
