I'll be the first to say that I search for something within my budget and buy it.

This is after I pay off all bills now... so of course this is being after you pay off the majority of your bills needed to be paid off within the past month.

Save about 45% of it then spend the rest on things you need. Then spend on the things you want.

Dude if all I had left over after paying my bills was 187 bucks I would be terrified! You need to make sure you have a 3-5 month buffer ( enough to pay all bills for 3-5 months) before you go blowing it on stuff you dont need!
