When you graduate college...what will you do first?

What are the first things your gonna do when you graduate college? College grads, what were the first things you did? I plan on taking a trip with my buddies, getting a good job, buying a nice car.

I already have a full time job, and just get two 3 month leaves of absense for school terms (I alternate 3 months work with 3 months school) so I guess I will just start working full time right away? I've already got a nice car. Maybe save enough for a house ASAP?

the VERY first thing? Had a beer with my roommates and got sloppy that night with all my friends.

Then I started my internship so that I'd get some experience to be able to get a good job.
.......I wanna take a month and travel though.

Probably switch from my part-time job to a full-time job where I currently work. Until I can find a career in the field I'm studing in. Well, that's my plan.

Don't buy an expensive car. That's by far the biggest mistake that I always see college grads make over and over and over again. You'll regret the car payment later and you'll be pissed off when your friends are all buying houses and all you have is a several year old car.

If you really NEED another car then try to stay below $10k - really nice cars now at that price. You'll be happy later on.

I spent a week on the beach, and then I went to work at the same place I did every summer, except I didn't go back to school come August

Get commissioned and start my 4 years as an officer. (Army)

Then once I am done, become a cop.

Chill out. No study no nothing.

Get my PhD and work for that if I get it. If not look for jobs but take 3 months off to train hardcore and with no work in the way. Get a job then start saving money for a fat deposit on a house.

Car I can get later. A flashy car is all well and good but I'd rather have moved out and have my own place then a car. Taking a girl you hooked up with back to your parents place isn't cool!

I spent nearly three months on a Greek island after graduating.

If you desire to travel, then is the time to do it.

Increase my hours full time at my job until I can either find a job in my field or apply for grad school.
