When you are selling things paypal

I hear about people sending things and then the person claims they never recieved it, when in fact they did, and they get their money back through paypal. In that case what is the best method of shipping? is usps priority good?

USPS Priority w/ free delivery confirmation through usps.com. I never use anything else unless they want to pay extra for better tracking such as UPS or FedEx.
