When you apply at a chain...

There are two Blockbusters in my town. I applied at one, but there's another one just a little farther away. If I applied at one, will that take care of both, or do I need to apply at the specific location?

Depends how the chain works if they are linked or like locally owned in some way which I doubt. Why don't you ask them?

Usually you're ok but I would just ask just in case.

I registered at a BB not close my house, I use 3 other BB's with the same card.

No problems at all.

I know I used to work at Meijer and they made you agree to a drug screen that they never gave anyone.

Usually, if they make you sign.. they'll give you one. Maybey you got lucky and slipped through the cracks in that case.

Blockbuster corporate has fairly strict drug testing. It depends on whether or not that store is corporate franchise.
