What's that spot in the middle of the base?
Doesn't look like a solid copper base..

I have one of these already. It replaced my FOP38. The CPU temp runs about 4-5 degrees centigrade higher then the FOP38, but you have to realize that the taisol stock fan is very wimpy (about 21.6CFM). I'm getting a better YS-tech 27cfm fan to replace the stock fan to lower the temp a couple of degrees. I may even put the noisy delta on the taisol to see how it does.

unless i'm severly mistaken, that spot in the middle would be the TIM (Thermal tape stuff).

Ohhhhh that crap.
So there's copper under it right?

I'm not using that crap. I have a tube of Arctic Silver 2 for a reason....

I got mine from Heatsinkfactory.com Fast service there. He also offers a Ultra version with a delta fan. I would recommend getting the YS-tech 27cfm fan instead.
