Sorry don’t get what you are going for here.

We will see what happens during the mid terms as of now I expect Republican gains.
Republicans are highly likely to gain in the midterms, yes, but that's always been the case.

It's also why Democrats should enact their agenda now, because when you have power you shouldn't be trying to play for the next election, you should just wield the power you have.

Exactly and they aren’t wielding the power they have.
They also aren’t doing anything differently therefore we can assume they will lose bigly during the mod terms.

Yep, it’s 2010 all over again because the Dems once again fail to lead on a liberal economic agenda. After the blatant treason on the part of the Republicans, the Dems should be running full steam on a liberal policy agenda, Republican traitors be damned. Yet here we are with the Dems pretending that they can negotiate with the fascists and making excuses for failure to produce.

And I think that point makes literally zero sense.

One of two parties can take power - the ‘I won’t do anything’ party or the ‘punch Fanatical Meat in the face party’. The idea that you have no preference because the former party doesn’t do anything is dumb.
Expecting to model the American electorate with facts and logic will be supremely disappointing. Nearly half the electorate is going to be so strung out on ivermectin they'd vote for a teletubby as long as it's not brown.

the big issue is dems still have their hands tied with respect to Manchin and crew. It's not like 2016 where repubs had a clearly majority that gave them nearly legislative carte-blanche, and they couldn't get everyone in line. If dems had full control - something like 55 senators in order to guarantee 51 votes - then I have no doubt they'd be ramming shit through and enacting liberal policies all over the place.

They'd need more like 64 Senators so they could reliably get 60 votes to overcome the filibuster. Unless they killed the filibuster.

While I agree with this summary I need to have it is their job to deal with Manchin & Company.

Candidacy? Trump doesn't need to announce his candidacy. Donald Trump is going to be re-installed as president come October don't you know??? Just ask any Q-er, they know they know. All that Trump need do is to sit back and wait for October, and his people will do all the rest.

But if October doesn't work out, haha, then Trump will decide after the midterms to run. If democrats suffer a dreadful 2022 then Trump will see that loss as his victory with convincing Trump that the voters are with him, so Trump will definitely announce. However, if democrats actually take more seats in the house and in the senate come 2022 and the republicans fail, then I doubt that Trump will run.

Another factor, the other wannabe presidential hopefuls in the republican party. I doubt that the republican wannabes in the party will simply allow Donald Trump to waltz in and take over the process. There will be congressional republicans and republican governors that want that job and they will need to decide if they dare challenge Donald Trump.... or roll over and play dead.

But lets talk about Joe Biden.
Already the republicans are trying to turn Afghanistan into Biden's Benghazi. Don't believe me??? Then just tune into Fox News for ten minutes. Afghanistan is their one and only story. If republicans take the senate and or the house, you can bet your life that republicans will repeat and turn the Hillary Benghazi into the Joe Biden Afghanistan, with hearing after hearing after hearing. By the time republicans in congress and Fox News are finished with their Biden-Afghanistan hearings you will think that it was Joe Biden who started the whole Afghanistan thing in the first place 20 years ago. Joe Biden alone and all by himself.

As if you have a clue what I will or will not do. LOL
Here's a clue for you, based off your posting history here it is very easy to guess what you would or wouldn't do when it comes to nut job right wing authoritarianism. ;)

I see you fail at understanding the simplist forms of observable behavior. You can lie and deny loudly all you want but you are not a smart man, you are very transparent, so much so that it is very easy to figure you out. But rather then analyzing you its much more effective use of my time to tell you to fuck off traitor! Oh and do try not to rape your mail order wife tonight either ;)

I think the bigger issue will be Biden's age. Lets face it, he will be 82 in 2024, which means will have turned 87 when his term would end in Jan 2025. Plus he will be running as the incumbent, without the ability to attack Trump on his handling of covid, which IMO probably lost Trump the election. I just dont see him as a viable candidate in 2024. Yes, Trump is only 3 years younger, but like him or not, he is much more charismatic and a far better speaker than Biden.

Serious challenge to those who claim "liberals" are in a cult supporting folks like AOC, Obama, Biden. Post some pics of vehicles with graphics equivalent to this one supporting Democrats, find the Democratic equivalent of the "Trump Unity Bridge", post pictures of houses with flags like Trump flags.
