You can get matx boards with USB3 onboard, I've yet to see any with SATA3. Is SATA3 really that important to you though? There are only a few SSD's on the market that can take advantage of the extra bandwidth, and even then it's only in situational read cycles. We won't see drives that can break the SATA2 barrier in everyday usage for a long time. Why not just get a USB3 board and an add in card for SATA3 if you really need it?
