When will the NEC ND-3540A be released?

I know it's out in England and, I think, in Japan, but when will it be released in the United States? It seems like one sweet burner, but it also seems like NEC is trying to sell as many ND-3520A's as possible until it releases this newer one. I don't really want to get the older model for my build if a new one is coming out soon, but I've been waiting for a while and I don't know how much longer I will have to wait, so I am asking here. Can anybody help me?

i thought that drive was already out.
i just bought a 3520 last week and it is sweet. theyre cheap too.
