Allowing a higher overclock the DFI will not do as you can get to the ~2.5Ghz max of CG revision core A64s on air with pretty much any nForce3 250 based mobo thanks to the universal AGP/PCI lock. If you're using more extreme cooling then the DFI is certainly quite attractive. As to stability no one knows yet, but DFI is *far* from renowned for stability, in fact just ask people using their nForce boards and you'll hear the cavalcade of problems. The Asus is rock stable and is perfect outside of the limited vDimm, crap Silicon Image RAID controller for 4 of the SATA ports, and IDE problems (go to nForce HQ or any of the other nvidia fansites or motherboard tech support sites and you'll hear all about the IDE problems) but as I said the IDE problems are universal across all nVidia based boards.
