Schadenfreude

I hate DLC.
I think it's a cheap way for companies to make a profit while crippling features normally added in pre-DLC age games (for the most part, especially on day-one DLC; however I will admit that there are certain benefits to having add-on content, but that was covered by expansion packs) - but I digress.
Couple my hate for DLC w/ my propensity for being cheap, and we have a situation where I am waiting for a complete edition to Mass Effect 2 to drop - probably for $30.
Question is, when will that drop? Do you guys think it will release by the time that ME3 comes out?
