When will laptops sporting dual core Sandy Bridge go retail?

I heard the dual core SB won't be released for months after the quads at CES 2011. However, I didn't take into account whether that applied only to retail desktop component processors alone or laptops as well.

The chips that are being released at CES 2011 only excludes the LV and ULV mobile chips. The rest should release as planned.

Hmm.. I see Daily Tech has an article about the first SB laptops that have begun to appear. However, the article fails to indicate which processor goes with which laptop or even how many cores in each.
