When will laptops hit 1ghz???

new chip almost exactly like the t'bird except it draws alot less power and puts out a lot less heat. I bet they'll find their way into laptops.
 
If you put ANY laptop in your microwave it will run at 2.450 GHz! The display will flash very pretty colours and the smoke is as real as you can get!

When power consumption doesn't kill battery life.

You don't see a T-bird notebook for good reason, and it'll take awhile for AMD to prove themselves in notebooks just as in the desktop space.

It would be very nice however to have a 1GHz notebook. But then you have to strap a nice 3D accelerator on it for gaming on the go! 🙂
