When will it be viable to build this nforce4 system for us Canadians?

Anyway, I'm thinking of putting off my FX53 system for this:

FX55 chip
nforce4 SLI mobo
Dual 6800 Ultras
2 gigs of ram
Raptor HDD/120 gig Western Digital
Audigy 2 Platinum sound card
Decent power supply, DVD drive and DVD/CD writer

I've never built my own PC, and I don't want to experiment with such an expensive machine (unless you can convince me of its ease). I've got most of the components available to me, only the FX55 and the motherboard are not sold here yet. So can some of you experienced/knowledeable Canucks give me an estimate? When will this crap hit the PC stores?

I really wish I was able to build my own PC, it would make things so much simpler, and cheaper as well.

Please no comments about the thing being too expensive, I've got money to burn. But constructive criticism is most welcome. 🙂

Well, there's a difference between burning money (MC Hammer) and saving it (Uhh, my cheap father)...

you could save by buying a AMD 64 3000+ Winchester, and just getting an ultra now, then getting an ultra later on when they are less expensive (I SERIOUSLY doubt you'll get much more performance out of 2 ultras, I mean 1 runs any game max res max settings, right?)

I wish i could say wait for the Nforce 4 mobos to hit Canada, but that will be a longggg time.

Honestly, unless you really want to wait forever, just get a 939 setup now with an FX-53 since you said you want to burn $$$

ZipZoomFly.com one of the best e-tailers ships to Canada via Expidited UPS, I'm not sure how much the shipping costs are but if you plan on spending that much money anyways you probably won't mind.

Retail FX-55 for $888

NF4 boards aren't even here yet so you'll still have to wait.

Hmm, I guess that makes sense. If you say the Ultra runs all the games with the highest settings, then that's good. Thanks, I'll save some money this way and invest in SLI and dual-GPUs later in the future when it is more accessible and cheaper.
