Their pickup will be based on the Accord, so WRONG ANSWER!! :p It will be FWD or AWD.

I think that GTaudiophile answered the question correctly

The Highlander (the best selling car-based ute) and the RX330 seem to be doing pretty well :p

A FWD pickup? LOL

You do know why pickups are never FWD, right?

I don't. Are they RWD so they get better traction when loaded down?

Light truck. Something along the lines of a more "rugged" Subaru Baja. Basically a Honda Pilot with a bed and some more cladding.

Bleh... That sounds like they'll be sticking with v6 :(

My guess is it will be AWD with a RWD bias.(maybe even the SH-AWD system they are putting on the RL)

Why do you think the two best cars they make are RWD? Because it's better, that's why.

Define "better". FWD is more efficient in terms of packaging, and gives more predictable handling (though significantly less fun and not as good ultimately), and it's better in inclement weather.

That said, I prefer RWD for the feel, but I would hesitate to call it better in all situations.
