Hi,
So I see some display companies releasing monitors with USB type c port inputs...
My natural question is that when can we expect GPU manufacturers to include USB type c output (even one would suffice) inbuilt into the GPU, so that one could plug a USB type c cable from GPU to monitor and be done with?
I get that USB pd needs additional power, so why not allocate an additional 8 pin pcie connector on the gpu, which the user would connect only if he/she uses USB pd feature?
Btw I am talking about pc use, not Mac users...
