I've seen many small form factor pcs and I like them alot. However, I haven't been able to locate actual parts, it seems like the manufacturers are selling "bare bones" small form factor pcs. I'd like to be able to pick my own case, mb, proc, etc and build my own little box.

Perhaps I'm just misinformed and there are sites out there that carry these little guys and all their pieces?

Thanks,

Gravity

No, sorry. I think barebones is the best you can get right now.

I think it would be possible, but not practical. You can get some parts from Shuttle, but they are overly expensive. Also, you can call up the companies and say, "I have such-and-such a model and need to replace such-and-such (case, mobo, etc.)," and they will probably have something to offer you. But I think it would be too expensive and time consuming.

I think you can buy just the motherboard from jetway. I have one. No flashy features but a solid mobo none the less.

I've seen the cases for sale on Directron.com before. The power supply you can buy straight from shuttle.

It's not going to save you any money going this route but have fun.
