Remember that servers undergo a much more intensive qualification period than desktops. The usual period for mass adoption on servers is ~6 months or more with a new architecture...
That said, there will certainly be early adopters for less mission critical servers over the next few weeks.
Woodcrest went through this same schedule when it was launched.

You do realize that Barcelona is a server chip, right? Phenom won't be out until early next year.

Around November. AMD claims they started "shipping" in August, but no one has these chips, not even tier-1.
As for Phenom, it's looking like January.
