When will AMD have a 15/25W CPU equal to the Q6600?

The upcoming/updated/renewed version of the socket AM1 5350 series (Kabini), coming in the not too distant future, should be somewhat comparable to the stock speed Q6600 at about 20W TDP. It could be priced at $50, or they may increase the prices, I don't know.
EDIT: Beema/Mullins (DESKTOP version).
