sick of the foxnews new bell dong bulleted alerts if i have it on the channel for more than a second.
tired of the screaming idiots...tired of the ludicrous animated sports intros, stat line, info.
tv needs to tone it down.

Problem is we've gotten smarter. They cannot deceive us with lies & half-truths anymore, and we don't care about celebraties either. So I figure it's just advertisers out of ideas trying *anything* to make their ads work - and they're just going through their obnoxious & confusing phase.

id rather be bullshitted with contrived pleasantries than be subjected to much more of this sledgehammer approach.

HEAD ON: APPLY DIRECTLY TO THE FOREHEAD

I'm sick of the god damn loud music on every friggen channel, I have it turned up to hear the words on the show, then the commercials come on and it blasts me.

I'll screw em, DVR baby!

I agree OP, screw you advertisers!!! I wouldn't try headon ever.

It's because we tune them out. Same reason they fscking blast the volume on the commercials, even though they claim that they don't.

I just watch the History Channel, and the Discovery channel and a movie on one of the movie networks anymore. Well, and I watch The Unit, but that's it. Discovery and History don't get those stupid blasting commercials thankfully.
