Exclusively? I've been running with a PCIe mobo for a few weeks now. ;)

AND DDR2. Not that that's necessarily a good thing. :p Benches are reflecting favorably yet, but it's new tech, so it may take a while for software to catch up. Or I may be full of crap and it's just lousy tech. ALl I know is I'm running it now and this system FLIES. *shrug*
Yeah, nForce 4 will support PCIe and should be out soon. Those systems should be great.

AFAIK, DDR2 is going to require a new socket (possibly "Socket 900", coming out 2H 2005 according to rumors) for AMD.

There will likely be a S754/PCIE solution in the next few months, though, once the NF4 and K8T890 chipsets are out. It's all up to the motherboard manufacturers.

Has any estimate on price been madefor nForce4 boards? I read most of the nForce4 article and didnt see any mention of prices.

I am waiting for nForce4 and I plan to build basically the midrange system on the anandtech homepage. but I want a 939 CPU and a PCIe video card.

Again, it's really up to the motherboard manufacturers (and NVIDIA, I guess, since they set the chipset prices, but there shouldn't be that much of a premium over NF3). I imagine most would be in the $100-200 range, since they're likely to be pretty high-end boards. The NForce4 SLI boards could easily cost $200+, since they know people will pay for it...
