You can already get monitors with higher pixel density than 4K tvs; but they won't become affordable until they are mass produced. I doubt this will happen soon because it drives everything up (graphics card et all). While it could be done at an affordable price I just don't believe there is enough interest to support such a market a reasonable cost.

TVs are a bit of a different matter since the pixel density is quite low so the 'impact' is greater. The biggest pia (for video market) is media. You would need a 100GB-150GB disk to support 4K which implies a new standard. On the postive side (for producers) is it will provide (a) a method to resell many movies a third cycle (dvd, blu-ray, 4k) but also allow them to redo the DRM so it is less hackable (though historically they always fail here

With regards to Dari specific question I think the sharp will be the first (almost) true 4k monitor; though if you are willing to go with 56 inch there are a couple of alternatives
(I.e, technically it is sub-4k)
