I'd have to say no matter what you do you will look completely out of style. So do whatever you choose. I happen to think the pulling the collar out looks a bit better, but still it doesn't look good. The only people I see that still do it are the most anal-retentive, geeky, unpopular professors (sorry if this insults anyone here, but that is just the trend that I see). To fix the problem: don't wear them at the same time.

it depends. collar out is more casual. collar in can be viewed as a bit more "dressy" i think. either way, make sure the collar is ironed
