What checkmate? There is no evidence that Jesus actually existed. If he did and actually proclaimed himself the Messiah, well there no was no shortage of claimed Messiahs in First Century AD Israel at the time and plenty of Guys with name of Jesus as well.

Humans have no Lord and Savior and need none at all. As I said Christianity is a Religion of Fear and Control. We have no gods or Masters.

Let us stop cowering in fear and soiling ourselves begging to be spared from a Hell that does not even exist. We should unite and stand proudly for surviving multiple extinction event and begin to explore Space and Oceans and farther then any species have.

Why stop there? If Jesus was real and not full of shit on that whole "body of Christ" sham he'd be able to bring you a Jesus kebab. Why can't he?

The person who promised to do it. God. Ask him about his failures and lies, try to get an answer. He promised to protect us from evil, heal the sick, feed the starving. Why isn't he?
