When was the last time you went horse-back riding?

I think it was 30 years ago and I was high on acid and mushrooms. Some guy got stabbed to death later that night at the bonfire we made. We had lots of fun before that.

Wait, what? In your previous troll posts, weren't you claiming to be in your 30s right now? So... you were doing drugs as an elementary school kid?

In the Bahamas. Some teenage girl yanked on her horse too hard and got bucked off, hit the ground hard...

The trainer was pissed at the girl saying it was all your fault. Saying the horses only do as they are lead to do and she just fucked up. What a dick

about 28 years ago, give or take a year.
i could still go to the same ranch tomorrow and ride, not sure what you mean. also, horse riding is not that common in europe. (or the rest of the world, either)

1995...in China. My feet/shoes were too big for the stirrups and the horse reared up and threw me off (it likely stepped on something)

Don't do acid and 'shrooms and maybe you won't stab people to death :colbert:

Been a while, the last time I can remember was with church youth group back when I was a teenager. At the end one of the horses got spooked by a plastic bag and all of our horses started to go bazerk lol. I'd do it again, was fun.

It's been a few years. But, about 2 hours ago, I watched the neighbors struggling for 20 minutes trying to catch their horse that got out. The horse wouldn't let them near it. On the 2nd attempt, I walked up, patted it on its hind quarters a few times, reassured it, and walked right up and grabbed the halter. Neighbors came over to get it and it started rearing up; so I ended up just walking it back to its pasture myself.

I also said to the neighbors, "the horse says it wants a salt block, it doesn't have one, does it?" "Nope." Horse whisperer too, though to me, it was pretty obvious from the horse's behavior what it wanted.

I think I was 6 or 7 in Puerto Rico. My uncle took me to the mountains. I lied to the tour guide and said I ride on horses all the time so I could have my own horse. It was my first time.. luls... We ended up getting lost for 6 hours. I was pretty scared and was holding on for my life the whole time. I have no idea how I didn't fall off. lol. Was awesome. Will never forget it.

About 1955 - an old retired plow horse without a bit (steer her with your hands or gee, haw, whoa and a sound like Kic-Kic would get her walking (no trot, no canter and definitely no gallop) -We'd (2 or 3 kids) would ride down to a little stream call Duck Creek to go swimming (skinny dipping). Horse lived a the nearest other ranch and us kids had the owners permission to ride her whenever we wants. She would go home without direction (and if we didn't tie her to a tree without us if she got bored) Us kids (no more than 4 of us) would sometimes fall asleep and wake up with the old horse waiting patiently to be let back in her corral. We'd bribe her with sugar cubes and rub her down and give some fresh hay. I miss those lazy days of summer.
