Slipped while jumping over the porch railing at my house and fell on my ass. It didn't hurt that bad.

I was wearing high heels and they got stuck in some tar and that made me lose my balance. that was about 2 months ago.

I'm always tripping up the stairs in my house, trying to take too many stairs at once too quickly. My children think it's hilarious. My wife thinks I'm an idiot. :D

My last big fall was the whole ATV + fence incident that I posted on ATOT about. So that was my last big one. I can tell you where I normally fall though. The falling upstairs happens at least twice a year. I normally fall at least once when I go skiing, and of course you gotta fall/go for a slide when you go ice skating :D.

Cellar flooded last year, and I slipped on the concrete floor. A combination of it being a fast fall and my generally slow reaction time, I didn't even brace myself or even really respond until it was "Oh look, the ceiling. Ow, my back and toe hurt." I smacked my toe on a chair as my foot continued forward while the rest of me fell backward.
My neck hasn't quite been the same since then - hurts whenever I bend my neck to look up at something. I at least had a coat on at the time, with a hood, so I didn't enjoy a direct head-on-concrete impact.

Quite unpleasant, and I am generally quite careful now, and actually often "good" at falling or tripping. To clarify, if I start to go off balance for whatever reason, I'm either able to stumble and catch myself, or else I can position my legs in such a way that I fall slowly, or at something that I can grab on to.
That fall in the basement was just so quick and unexpected, my hands just never even moved to try to brace myself. It's like I was walking, then someone paused my brain, slammed me onto the ground, and hit Play again.

January 13. Temp dropped and snow outside melted, then froze solid on the sidewalk. I was on my 8th beer of the night and was getting firewood because the power was out in the Chalet... I hit my elbow pretty hard and was lucky it didn't crack my radius.

He looked my way as he was watering a tree, that's about it.

usually fall once in a while playing basketball but nothing other than that, i trip alot but not many falls that i remember, but about 6 years ago i was a sophmore in college, a group of us had a party in a dorm we all stayed the night, got up in morning i was still drunk but needed to go to my bed in a dorm across the road. i got on my bike and was riding down the sidewalk and all of a sudden my brain tells me i don't know how to ride a bike. i lean over to the side and fall...did not react in any way it was a hard fall. like 30 people around...........so i am lying there my feet still on the pedals and my hands on the crossbars (for like 15 sec) i stand up and walk my bike to my dorm with my head down the entire time....a few people started laughing :( no major injuries other than knee hurt for a week and elbow (both right side)....strangest thing ever.
