When was the last time you cried?

When is the last time you cried? Why were you crying?
And for those of you who have never cried, when was the last time you burped? Why did you burp?

I cried last time I was in a wreck. I was very upset I am tired of people hitting my car, I cannot have anything nice without someone else destroying it.

Three years ago. My teenage son was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes.

I cry maybe once every 5 - 10 years.

Last time was about a year and half ago. psycho ex girl friend broke up with me the second time in two weeks for no reason. The third and final time I didn't cry however. Good riddence.

*edit: it was more of a strong teary eye or very light cry

Tears running down your face. It doesn't have to be falling on the floor shaking upset type crying. Just crying.

I don't remember the last time I actually, truly cried. The last time I got teary-eyed was this past weekend, when I thought back to my old dog from when I was 12. That kind of sounds lame now that I type it. I just had some unresolved issues with the whole situation, I guess.

when my father died, and a few times thinking about it all thereafter.

i'm not a big crier. if anything i tend to get chocked up and teary eyed, but rarely have tears running down my face.

I teared up at Easter Mass because i realized the next time i would be in that church was for a funeral (eventhough the time would be unknown).

I cried hard the last time i can remember in January.

2 weeks ago at my grandfathers funeral. I was fine till the 21 gun salute and taps. Prior to that 1994 at my grandmothers.

I feel ya. The gun salute and taps did me in too. If I never hear taps again it will be too soon.

The last time I really cried was in heated discussions with my ex-wife (at the time she was my wife). I was begging and pleading for her to return to me. We both lived in the same home, but she spent 16+ hours/day with another man (business partner who became her lover). That was nearly 2 years ago.

I did have a couple of more recent times when a tear streamed down my face. I'm not sure if one tear counts as crying though.
1) Taking my cat to the vet when I thought they were going to have to put her to sleep. That was one long 20 minute drive. They did save her, but a month later she died of the same problem (unexplained kidney failure). I had put her on a new cat food shortly before the kidney failure - similar to the pet food recall problem. But that was last winter and the food was dry.

2) While taking to my current GF about how I may lose my job and have to move (any other job with my qualifications may be 8+ hours away). My boss is an idiot and keeps turning down easy money and now doesn't have money to keep the business afloat.

No, I don't know when I really cried for the last time, but I know what it was about. I lost my cat.

About 5 months ago, seeing my son for the first time.

Probably about 5 years ago when my then girlfriend (now wife) found out I had been cheating on her. Talk about feeling like sh|t. I was lucky enough that she took me back, and we've been great ever since.
