Freespace 2 - every time you heard beam cannons powering up, you just know something's going to blow up on the other end 😀 The sounds in this game were so great, as was music.

Crysis 2 has some great sounds and music. Skyrim's main theme is awesome too.

Mass Effect 2 is a master piece for me. Every little thing about it is awesome. So music too. The opening section and the intro = most epic thing I have seen, probably ever.
