Freespace 2 - every time you heard beam cannons powering up, you just know something's going to blow up on the other end The sounds in this game were so great, as was music.

Crysis 2 has some great sounds and music. Skyrim's main theme is awesome too.

Mass Effect 2 is a master piece for me. Every little thing about it is awesome. So music too. The opening section and the intro = most epic thing I have seen, probably ever.
