When typing, which shift key do you use?

I was taught to use the opposite hand of the hand that is typing the letter to be capitalized, but have since been reduced to using only the left shift key.

I use the left shift exclusively.

Same here.

I took my high school typing class while having my right hand in a cast from a football injury. Needless to say I've adopted some bad habits that have never been corrected.

Until now I hadn't actually realized it, but I use my left most of the time. Obvious reasons I think, every keyboard manages to put the shift and enter keys, plus the backslash/pipe key, in different places (somehow there are infinite possible locations for them). Even backspace is sometimes moved. The left shift key never moves, it's easier to find it no matter what keyboard you're on.

Hrmm, now that I try it out. I don't I have ever used the right shift key...! Oh wait, only when I type a '?'

For those of you who did not select "both", how do you capitalize anything on the left side of the keyboard without using the right shift-key, and vice-versa? I'm assuming you use both hands to type.
