When to worry about DS3 northbridge? Overclocking my E6300

At what point do I need to worry about northbridge heat, is there any way to attach a fan to that heatsink on the DS3?

Just make sure you have a fan near it moving air over it (like a 120mm in front of you HDD bays). I have a Gigabyte K8N-SLI and that NB is to hot to even touch yet I never had an issue
