When to up VDimm voltage?

I am beginning to overclock my new rig (see signature).

I plan to drop multiplier from 13 to 11 and start upping my FSB. My ram is XMS3200 Corsair.

I've heard people talk about increasing VDimm. At what point should I expect to up it from 2.63 to 2.77 (also heard I shouldnt really go above 2.77)

PS. My Zalman northbridge HS now has a 50mm fan.
