Okay, so I have decided that I am going to throw a winter party, but I am unsure of when to have it. Let me explain. I am a college kid who grew up in Colorado Springs. I have chosen to stay here in Colorado Springs, but a good chunk of people I know have gone off to out-of-state colleges (which is a-okay). Everybody is coming home for xmas, and I am wondering when I should throw the party. Most people will be here from at least Dec 20 to Jan 5.

So, when should the party be? Vote!

LOL, I imagine a huge portion of ATOT is in the "going home for xmas" boat.

After New Year's. If you're inviting mostly college-age people, most of them go home for the holidays. Money from Mom & Dad, or get drunk at your house...let's see...that's a hard decision. ;) Mid January is the time. :)

See, I'm afraid that my peeps are going to party like hell on New Years Eve -- I can't, because I work full time in addition to being a full time student, and I seriously doubt I can just take a day off in the middle of a week. I'm kinda figuring that they're going to be all partied out after new years ... so I'm sort of in a bind.

My vote goes for before Xmas, Someone else will throw a rocking party on New Years. Between New Years and Xmas is just to danm fast, and after New Years... You are still recovering.

So before Xmas is my vote.
