When to graduate?

I am currently going to graduate in May with a Computer Science Bachelors. I have MOST of the core completed for a Political Science Bachelors, and a full time job near my College which pays the bills.

I've dabbled around with moving up North or whatever once I am done with school, but the main focus on this is whether the extra education is worth it.

Should I:

A) Graduate in May with a Computer Science Bachelors and Political Science Minor
B) Graduate in May with a Computer Science Bachelors, then go back in September and take the three-four classes I need (one more semester only) to get the second degree (Politcal Science Bachelors).

PoliSci Bachelors is worthless. It is used as a stepping stone to Masters/Doctorate, or not at all. My girlfriend's dad has one.. he sells pest control.

Why not C: take more classes in spring and take summer classes, graduating in the summer?

Can't, the class I need is only offered in the Fall/Spring semesters.
